I must have my colleagues to thank for I have been able to maintain my weight without resorting to any weight loss pills yet.
You know, the healthy diets and tips recommended by them are good enough to make me lose weight steadily without having to starve myself.
Although I can take weight loss supplements and weight loss pills to get my lifestyle back on track faster than what I am trying now, but I still want to go on with their healthy diet tips.
Have I really lost some weight? Well, I am not sure. But according to hubby, I don’t look as plump as a few weeks ago.
