I must have my colleagues to thank for I have been able to maintain my weight without resorting to any weight loss pills yet.

You know, the healthy diets and tips recommended by them are good enough to make me lose weight steadily without having to starve myself. ;-)

Although I can take weight loss supplements and weight loss pills to get my lifestyle back on track faster than what I am trying now, but I still want to go on with their healthy diet tips.

Weight LosssHave I really lost some weight? Well, I am not sure. But according to hubby, I don’t look as plump as a few weeks ago.

Thanks to taking weight loss supplements and doing regular exercise that I am able to shed some pounds.

I read that it takes 12 weeks for a noticeable change or drop of weight if I only do exercise. I am on my third week of doing exercise combined with supplements and a proper diet now.

I am looking forward to seeing a noticeable slimmer self on the 12th week.
