Thanks To Regular Exercise & Weight Loss Supplements

Weight LosssHave I really lost some weight? Well, I am not sure. But according to hubby, I don’t look as plump as a few weeks ago.

Thanks to taking weight loss supplements and doing regular exercise that I am able to shed some pounds.

I read that it takes 12 weeks for a noticeable change or drop of weight if I only do exercise. I am on my third week of doing exercise combined with supplements and a proper diet now.

I am looking forward to seeing a noticeable slimmer self on the 12th week.

I am sure many woking mamas would like to lose weight as fast and many pounds as Jennifer Lopez did after she gave birth to her twins.

Like many woking mamas, it’s very tempting for me to try diet pills in the hope of losing weight fast.  It’s true that I have read many very convincing diet pill reviews.

I am still reluctant to try taking diet pills as a way of losing weight because of the fact that there are other ways to lose weight that I can try out first. If everything fails, perhaps I will give diet pills a try.

How A Busy Working Mama Lose Weight

I was so envious when I first came to know that hot mama Jennifer Lopez managed to lose 40 pounds after she gave birth to twins Max and Emme.

I wonder if she still does workouts including Pilates, cardio, and weight training on weight equipment to keep losing weight.

As a busy working mama, I am also trying very hard to lose weight. I do workout on my treadmill whenever I have free time. Sometimes, I do yoga.
