Circuit City Liquidation Begins On Saturday
Oh, I just found out that the Circuit City Stores Inc. began liquidating $1.80 billion in inventory on Saturday.
Isn’t it sad to have lost such a familiar brand name? I think it’s even depressing is that 34,000 workers are unemployed now.
With weakening economy and looming recession, shoppers have to turn to doing their shopping online to save more money.
Online stores are able to give out more deep discount deals if compared to brick and mortar stores. Products ranging from TVs, cameras, computers, to auto insurance are sold at much cheaper prices, plus free shipping.
Sometimes free gifts or free gift certificates are given out to shoppers to lure them to come back for future purchases.
I must admit that I always go to
