When There Is Enough Home Improvement Fund

Last night, hubby went out with a long lost friend. You know, whenever a long lost friend wants to meet hubby, I know it’s not going to be a normal chat or gathering.

As expected, there was a purpose for the meetup. Apparently, this long lost friend is currently a very successful whole house water filter agent.

Hubby and I have known for a long time that the whole house water filter is the most valuable and beneficial home appliance that we should invest in when we have enough home improvement fund .

The use of a water filter is the only way to ensure pure, filtered water from every water source in the house because it effectively reduces chemicals and heavy metals, while retaining good, healthy minerals.

How’s 2010 FAFA World Cup?

How’s 2010 FIFA World Cup? I haven’t watched it for a few days.

The last game I watched was between Germany and Australia. To avoid missing the game that night, I watched TV shows from 10 pm onwards. By the time the game started at 2.40 am, I was very tired. I did my best to stay awake with a cup of strong coffee.

I tell you, I slept the whole day the next day! Thank God that I am a blogger. If I was employed, I would fall asleep during working hours in the office. ;-)

Oh, Love Night Showers!

My elder sister has warned that it’s harmful to shower many times in a day. If possible, avoid night showers.

You know, I like night showers. I must have one before I apply the best wrinkle cream and go to bed.

Eww, I can’t stand sticky body at night! A sticky body is sure to invite mosquito and bed bug bites.

Do you take a bath/shower after you wake up? Oh, it’s a must for me too! I don’t understand why people can go to work without taking a morning bath/shower first during spring/summer/autumn.

What If …?

I have another example to prove that I am a ‘what ifs‘ person. ;-)

The other day, I was standing at a shelf full of diet pills of a variety of brands. Well, I was actually amazed by the many weight loss pills available on the market, but the sales girl didn’t know. She thought I was interested to buy!

She suggested apidexin to me and went on telling me all the benefits/results her customers got after trying it.

Seeing that I was so quiet, she asked me whether I had any questions to ask her. Ya, I did, I started with ‘what if … ?’ and then another ‘what if …?’ and then another until she began to realize that I wasn’t her potential customer. Wuahaha!

3 Days’ Break To Relax Stressful Mind & Body

So happy that hubby is going to have a 3 days’ break. This means he will have time to relax his stressful mind and rejuvenate his tired body.

Of course, with so much time in hand, he will click here and there hunting for antique watches. Ya, he is an antique watch collector.

I have made him promise to get me an Omega one when he gets his bonus next year. There are a few used Omega watches that are so affordable that I feel that I must get one. ;-)

No Home Cooked Meals For A Week, Please!

Wow, I haven’t been to the wet market for many days already!

Lazy? Well, not entirely. It’s because of hubby who is not so into eating home-cooked meals this week. He wants a break from eating the not-so yummy home cooked meals. :-)

I am happy that I don’t have to cook too. This means more time spent on reading reviews for nordictrack audiostrider 990 pro before I make up my mind whether I want to buy it.

Is anyone using this fitness equipment? How’s the performance?
