I am starting to like the landlord now. So far, he has done a few repairs and replacements in his flat to our satisfaction.
When we complained the switches in the flat looked kind of unsafe to use, he opened them one by one and checked the wiring.
When we frowned upon the broken ceramic tiles in the bathroom, he knew what we wanted. He assured us that he would replace the broken ones pretty soon.
He promised that he would also replace the old fan in the living room with a new one when he’s free.
I believe him because he has already delivered a few promises.

With only 10 minutes left, I don’t think I can do a good search. You know, there’s a need to compare and read lots of others’ feedback.

Have you thought of gifting your wife a few bottles of prenatal vitamins as Valentine’s gift? My buddy is thinking of doing so.

What a yummy dinner I had with hubby at a coffee shop nearby! We had chicken rice and bean sprouts for dinner.
I thought it’s going to be quite expensive. But surprisingly, it’s only $9.80. Very reasonable for a dinner for two, right?
With a full stomach, I can now sit back at my computer desk and read the lengthy article about the diet pill side effects.

Let me tell you whether the probiotic supplements recommended by the sales promoter worked to improve hubby’s intestines or not. Noop, it didn’t.
After finishing the whole bottle, he didn’t feel a bit change for his health condition. Sigh! He shouldn’t have listened to the sales promoter who was just going after the commissions.
I think hubby has learned a lesson. Next time, he will consult me first before he wants to buy any protein powders or vitamin supplements.
I am one such shopper who loves going against sales promoters’ recommendations.
