I know it’s impossible to totally avoid spam mails; spammers can still find ways to spam your mail box.

Since hubby started taking over the task of being the discipline master early this month, I notice that he has been given some EXTRA work that is not so related to the title.

It’s my hope that he won’t be asked to fix the glass tiles or check the toilets. Otherwise, I will ask him to resign.

Okay, I know it’s bad economy now. Bear with it for the time being.

He Wants New Fridge, Steel Buildings, Long Vacation, …

A List of WANTSSince hubby worked full time as a high school teacher, he has been buying stuff for himself.

No. I am not complaining that he buys stuff for himself and not for me. What I want to say is that he has been spending money like water. This is very unhealthy.

His WANTS are more than his NEEDs. He wants to buy a new fridge; build two steel buildings; go for a month long vacation; get the car repainted; and the list goes on.

I want him to save for rainy days. If he ever is put laid off again, at least we have some savings to fall back on.

Cheap Bargain – Sansa Fuze 4GB Media Player For $33?

Gosh! My neighbor thought she got a really cheap bargain at a nearby store last night.

She bought a Sansa Fuze 4GB media player for $33 and she called it a real bargain.

I checked at Amazon.com just now. Guess what? It’s only $26.58 after 33% off.

I have actually told this neighbor that if she ever wants to find good deals, she should check out Amazon.com.

I was told of this job search website a few days ago. A buddy of mine was able to find a new job via this site.

You know, he has been unemployed for more than half year. Thank God that he is employed again.

The pay is lower than his previous job, but my buddy is fine with it. Song long as there is income to bring food home and pay the expenses, he is okay with the lower pay.

A Born Buyer Or Money Saving Shopper

Speaking of money saving shopping, I must say that my younger sister is much much better than I am.

She is good at buying cheap bargains or inexpensive stuff that don’t look a bit cheap at all. I think she is a born buyer or money saving shopper.

There was once she give me two short pants that looked cool and trendy. I thought she must have bought the short pants from a boutique.

To my surprise, she said she bought them at the morning market near her house.

Since then, I let her buy clothes for me.

Money Saved In Piggy Bank Should Be Enough For A Cancun Vacation

You know, hubby came home with another pack of groceries last night. What a shopping freak!

Whenever he goes shopping, there must be at least a pack of stuff. There will be even more if he has more money in hand.

Knowing his incurable spending habits, what I can do is transferring more money out of his savings account and into mine.

Sometimes, I will pull a $10 note out of his wallet and insert it into my piggy back. He never finds out. :-)

I think by the end of next year, the money saved in my piggy bank should be enough for a Cancun vacation for two.

Or invest in a mutual fund as investment?

No Point Wasting Breath Telling Why He Needs Fat Burner

I have learned from hubby for a long time that advice is not for everyone.

If I know that my friend or neighbor is a person who doesn’t listen to others’ advice, I won’t waste my breath telling him why he needs this brand of fat burner to help him burn fat or that brand that comes at a cheaper price if bought in bulks.

If he doesn’t heed the advice given by those elderly, I don’t think he will listen to me, a thirty something woman who has not much experience in life.

That’s why I kept quiet after I knew that my neighbor had bought the Sansa Fuze 4GB media player at a more expensive price.
