Have I really lost some weight? Well, I am not sure. But according to hubby, I don’t look as plump as a few weeks ago.
Thanks to taking weight loss supplements and doing regular exercise that I am able to shed some pounds.
I read that it takes 12 weeks for a noticeable change or drop of weight if I only do exercise. I am on my third week of doing exercise combined with supplements and a proper diet now.
I am looking forward to seeing a noticeable slimmer self on the 12th week.
