Drink Herbal Teas & Take Vitamins

Hubby is not as exhausted as last week. I think this has got to with the herbal teas and the multivitamins.

He drinks stimulating herbal teas such as liquorice. Ginger, wild resehip and dandelion leaf to improve vitality and energy. Ginseng is especially good in the mornings.

Royal jelly, gingko biloba and ginseng tablets are good vitamins. He also gives himself a boost with vitamin C, spirulina and B-complex.
