Mini Trampoline For Your Cardio Exercise

I use this mini trampoline for cardio exercise when the outside temperature, or my knees, tell me not to run.

This is my second cheap bargain of mini trampoline. The first one used springs instead of the elastic bands. The spring design sucked. When I discovered the design was changed to incorporate bands, replacing the springs, I happily placed my order online.

I have put many many hours on this new “band” unit and so far no problems. Its easy to store under a bed, just unscrew the legs. It’s more durable than I thought.

Come, Make A Perfect Cup Of Espresso!

I have to say, I love my capresso!

After a lot of research and testing, I settled on Jura Capresso because of the cleaning cycle feature that makes cleaning a breeze.

Every couple of days I empty the hopper that catches the pucks (grounds). Once a week or so I rinse out the drip tray. Every once in a while it alerts me that I need to run a cleaning cycle: in goes the tablet and that’s it.

There is nothing like coming down in the morning, pressing a button, and having a good coffee, which is freshly ground for you while you wait. Though it does seem a little outlandish to spend so much money on a “coffee maker,” this is one of the least expensive super-automatic units on the market.

Sleep Wedges For Acid Reflux Sufferers

At long last my mom can sleep all night without waking from acid reflux. Although it took a few nights to get used to this sleep wedge, she’s sleeping better because of reduced acid reflux symptoms.

She can’t imagine sleeping without her sleep wedge now. She has even been able to cut her medication by half (with her Dr.’s approval).

This wedge is long enough to support the entire back, not just the neck and shoulders. No matter whether you are a back, side, or stomach sleeper this sleep wedge works equally well.

Plan A Family Cruise Vacation

If you are planning a family cruise vacation, you may be delighted to find that there are tons of choices on cheap cruises and carnival cruises. It is a good idea to book a cruise on a ship that will accommodate your family and your family’s needs

If you are traveling with an infant or toddler, check if the ship provides day care facilities. If you are traveling with older children and teens, make sure that the cruise ship has areas designated for those age groups such as a “kids only” lounge so they can get away from mom and dad for a little while.

Check the type of activities can be found on the cruise ship for children. Are they age appropriate and grouped by learning levels?
